Responsibilities:

Must have experience in the following:

• Provides overall oversight for all aspects of logistics for the contract; including oversight of system fielding, implementation and execution of field support.
• Approves final version of reporting for obsolescence management, maintenance reporting, failure reporting, asset reporting, post fielding reports etc.
• Monitors efficiency of field support personnel and makes recommendations regarding co-use of personnel.
• Perform system life-cycle cost analysis and develop component studies. Provides oversight for planning and execution of training support across all programs.
• Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and Government policies and apply them in order to improve logistics processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university, preferably in Operations management, supply chain management, or related degree. Four additional years of experience can be substituted for BA/BS degree requirement.
• 15 years of experience as a logistician within the DOD environment.
