Sales Engineer - Civil or Structural
Location: Dublin Region
Salary: €60k + €12OTE + benefits
A global construction company is seeking an experienced engineer with a civil or structural background and a passion for sales and relationship management. This unique role combines technical expertise with customer interaction, making it perfect for someone looking to leverage their engineering knowledge in a dynamic and client-facing environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team during site visits, providing technical insights to maximise sales opportunities. You'll engage with a diverse range of clients from the construction and engineering industries, and no two days will be the same with a mix of site visits, delivering webinars, and conducting training sessions on the company's products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with customers, identifying their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products to provide tailored solutions.
- Train and mentor the sales team on company products and their applications.
- Offer technical assistance and valuable engineering advice to customers and internal teams.
- Deliver webinars, seminars, and hands-on training to customers and employees.
- Degree in structural or civil engineering.
- Proven experience providing technical advice during the sales process.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, with prior on-site experience.
- Full, clean manual driving licence.
