Communicate Recruitment have partnered with a growing healthcare company, based in Waterford, with their search for an FP&A Analyst to join their team. Working within this dynamic team, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for budgeting & forecasting processes, Financial analysis and acting as a key finance contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a great opportunity to play an active role in strategic decision-making whilst being exposed to a number of areas within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Budgets and forecasts.
  • Financial modelling and analysis, including sales analysis, Variance analysis, costs and operational metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial reports and board packs, including KPI reporting.
  • Act as a Business Partner to both internal and external stakeholders, such as operations, auditors, IT, etc.
  • Provide actionable business recommendations based on sound financial reasoning.
  • Take an active approach to supporting process and internal control improvements.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Accountant with 0-3 years' PQE.
  • Highly analytical with a strong excel proficiency.
  • Previous experience within a similar FP&A/Business partnering role would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to working within a multinational environment desirable.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work off own initiative.
