Based in St. Louis, Missouri, we support a wide range of project types - including residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, governmental, and recreational developments - throughout the greater St. Louis area.

Key Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) or experienced Civil Designer to join our team.
  • In this role, you'll help develop civil engineering designs, prepare site plans, create stormwater management and erosion control strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • You'll also collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliverables on schedule.
  • Prepare or assist in the development of civil design plans and site layouts
  • Design and analyze stormwater management and erosion control systems
  • Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and team members
  • Manage timelines and project deliverables

Qualifications
  • Strong civil engineering design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with stormwater management and erosion control practices
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and civil engineering standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required for PE position)
  • Associate's or two-year degree in AutoCAD or related field (required for Civil Designer)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience for Civil Designer
  • PE license required
