Overview

Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. Kneat Gx is a purpose-built software platform used by leading Life Sciences companies to improve speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence in validation.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project responsibility ensuring successful delivery to the client.
  • Engage with clients to agree project scope, budget, quality, resources and schedule.
  • Coordinate, resource, and deliver multiple projects concurrently within scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure client commitments are communicated and met, delivering against client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Kneat services team to prioritise projects.
  • Develop an understanding of the Kneat software from functional, technical, and customer use-case perspectives.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
  • Provide regular progress reporting to management.
  • Manage the commercial and operational aspects of a service portfolio, ensuring consultancy delivery is monitored and administered in line with the departmental P&L framework.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree qualified with more than 5 years of experience in client-facing project/programme management.
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrable experience delivering projects to large customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of contracting, billing and general project and services accounting governance.
  • Comfortable working with change and creative problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., life sciences) as a user or vendor.
  • Experience with validation processes such as CSV or CQV.
  • Good documentation authoring ability.
