Responsibilities Your Role

As a key member of the project team, you'll take ownership of the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities across key sites. You'll:

  • Develop and manage baseline and construction (target) programmes.

  • Support project directors in assessing programme risk and sequencing strategy.

  • Generate progress reports, performance dashboards, and risk reviews.

  • Lead on programme coordination with the wider team and supply chain.

  • Develop 4D and 2D planning visuals, construction methodology, and logistics sequencing.

  • Report directly into the Regional Planning Lead and Director, with visibility at senior levels.

Experience What You'll Bring
  • 3–5+ years' experience in a construction planning role.

  • Understanding of modern construction delivery and project lifecycles.

  • BIM and Common Data Environment familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
