We are expanding our AXA branch network across Ireland and are actively recruiting new team members for 2023. This role is on a Permanent basis as an Insurance Representative based in Bray Co. Wicklow, with comprehensive training provided.

We seek positive customer service professionals. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential; more important are your passion for customer service, ability to connect with people, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

Engaging face-to-face with customers in a local branch, identifying and meeting their needs for new business and renewals, and handling service interactions. Occasionally, you may participate in external business development activities to promote AXA within communities and businesses.

Salary: Target earnings of €28,620 with a base salary of €26,500, plus exam-related increases, pension contributions, staff discounts, holidays, wellbeing initiatives, and more.

Working Hours: Full-time, 36.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

Induction & Training: Starts in July 2023. Includes a 4-week full-time training program, blending in-branch and remote learning, with all necessary IT and office equipment provided.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; customer service skills are essential.
  • Friendly and effective communication skills.
  • Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Minimum education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
