Overview

Working proactively with young people aged 12–17 to prevent offending behaviour through positive engagement, personal development, and targeted youth work programmes.

Key Requirements
  • A recognised qualification (minimum Level 7) in Youth Work, Social Care, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in youth justice, or youth work settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage with young people and their families.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car essential.
  • Garda Vetting required.
