Moran & Ryan LLP is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate team.

This is an ideal opportunity to work with unrivalled clients and leading practitioners while enjoying work/life balance.

The appropriate candidate should have experience of working in a busy commercial property department in a law firm and have the following qualities:

· At least five years post PQE in commercial conveyancing in private practice.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

· The ability to manage a busy workload supporting lawyers within the team.

· Strong IT Skills including competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, experience of case management systems and electronic working is desirable.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· A proven ability to work efficiently and to targets.

· An attractive salary with an easily attainable bonus structure.

· Early promotion including partnership prospects for the correct candidate.

· Own private office fronting Lower Baggot Street.

· An opportunity to work on one's own initiative on challenging and diverse commercial property matters.

· A supportive and collegiate working environment.
