- Work with the Analytics team and use The Irish Times's suite of analytics to inform decision-making and how best to optimise subscription growth through the promotion of journalism.
- Work to continue the development of our portfolio of newsletters to engage our subscribers and grow our subscriber base.
- Develop new ideas and strategies with editorial and commercial colleagues to help us showcase the quality of Irish Times journalism to potential new subscribers.
- Project work: The Audience team has a 'test and learn' culture and part of this role will be helping team members explore new approaches to promoting our journalism.

- Detailed command of analytics tools and how to use these effectively to positively influence promotional decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
