Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer — Dublin (Remote/Hybrid)
• Up to €130,000

Company: This global entertainment company is working on delivering impactful insights to build an increasingly dynamic and interactive experience, leveraging ground-breaking ML and AI techniques to advance technical objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to seed new projects or expand existing ones, using a broad spectrum of state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning technologies in the areas of Recommendation Systems and Search.
  • Lead junior engineers, design and develop various machine learning and deep learning models and systems for high-impact consumer-facing applications such as search retrieval and ranking, content personalisation, and product recommendations.
  • Create metrics and design A/B test plans to evaluate model performance offline and online.
  • Produce insights from large amounts of dynamic structured and unstructured data (text, audio) using modern big data technologies.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial machine learning products.
  • Experience developing a variety of ML models using structured and unstructured data.
  • Industry experience in A/B testing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Additional Information
  • This role requires 1 day onsite per month in Dublin.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have the right to work in Ireland and be based in Dublin.
