Location: Dublin, Ireland. Role within the Tax Reclaims team. This description reflects responsibilities and qualifications for the Vice President, Regulatory Administration/Filings Manager role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations, to comply with the requirements of Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS)
  • Manage a team of Regulatory Administration and Filings staff responsible for reporting and making recommendations around legislation; provide advanced client support and resolve escalated issues from team members.
  • Oversee performance management for assigned staff and set team priorities. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contribution, professional growth, and teamwork.
  • Supervise and manage the data gathering and preparation of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.
  • Support the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gather required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
  • Update tax forms and information return layouts. Perform second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of tax documentation is preferred; knowledge of Regulatory Reporting preparation is preferred.
