Job Summary: We are seeking a Risk & Quality Assurance Senior Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and quality assurance programs to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure product and service quality meets customer expectations.Provide guidance to the team on risk management and quality assurance matters.Monitor and analyze risk management and quality assurance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.Provide training and education to team members on risk management and quality assurance principles and practices.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to risk management and quality assurance.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management and quality assurance in a senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management and quality assurance.Experience in developing and implementing risk management and quality assurance programs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing and leading a team.If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
