Overview

Access Talent Group is working with a leading engineering consultancy in Ireland seeking a BCAR Coordinator to join their expanding team in Dublin.

Responsibilities

In this role you will manage the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) process on a variety of construction projects. You will coordinate with project teams, assigned certifiers, design teams, and contractors to ensure full BCAR compliance and oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of BCAR documentation via the Building Control Management System (BCMS).

Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in BCAR coordination or similar compliance/document control role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of BCAR legislation and the Building Control Management System (BCMS).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office.
