Job Overview

This role involves working closely with the Client Services team at FMI to support in-store sampling campaigns across Dunnes stores in Dublin. The Supervisor will ensure demonstration teams are punctual, well-informed, set up correctly, and adhere to standards. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence, and a proactive attitude. It is essential for maximizing the sampling experience for clients and suppliers.

Schedule

Primarily scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional Thursdays. Flexibility is required for longer shifts with prior notice.

Responsibilities
  • Support weekly in-store activities with the Client Services team.
  • Ensure timely team presence, proper setup, and briefing using FMI's IT system.
  • Assist with weekly rosters, cover shifts, and ongoing training to maintain standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment compliant with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ensure demonstrations are correctly located and store managers are informed.
  • Monitor team appearance, conduct, and uniforms.
  • Maintain equipment and sampling stands, and manage stock areas.
  • Train demonstrators on FMI systems and reporting procedures.
  • Resolve store issues and communicate with management as needed.
  • Stay informed on sales, campaigns, and company initiatives.
  • Upload reports and photos, and liaise with Account Executives.
  • Complete and submit daily/weekly reports on time.
Requirements
  • Supervisory or coordination experience in retail, FMCG, or brand activation.
  • Proactive, professional, and reliable with strong organizational skills.
