The Job:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Operative located in Dublin 10. A Warehouse Operative supports the Warehouse Team in ensuring all event equipment is correctly prepped and returned using scanning systems and visual inspections. They also assist with routine maintenance and contribute to the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the warehouse by following all standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Working Hours: Standard working hours are 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday. Occasional shift work (e.g. early or late shifts) and weekend work may be required, depending on operational needs.

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, works safely, and isn't afraid to use their hands (and their head) to help keep equipment in good working order
  • Basic Computer skills for managing inventory and communications.
  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
  • A full, clean driver's license is a plus

Please note: This role involves significant manual handling.

Your Primary role is:

  • Preparing equipment for events:

Pulling equipment in line with SOPs

Returning equipment post-event according to SOPs

Liaising with the Warehouse Manager on project requirements

Performing visual quality checks on equipment and cabling

Completing associated paperwork

  • Loading and unloading equipment into vans and trucks
  • Working with Production & Technical departments to resolve equipment shortages.
  • Stock control and maintaining the equipment database
  • General upkeep of the warehouse and surrounding grounds
  • Such other duties, as may be assigned from time to time.
