Cpl recruitment are partnering with a leading organization seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to shape and guide their technology strategy. This senior role offers the opportunity to define the long-term IT vision, lead architecture governance, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across the enterprise. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influencing decisions that drive digital transformation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Provide architectural leadership across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Recommend technology solutions and ensure best use of existing systems.
- Define architecture standards, ensure governance, and review technical infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide architecture teams, promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and long-term scalability.
- 7+ Years experience in a similar role
- 3+ years experience with healthcare IT architecture and standards (HL7, FHIR) is essential
- Cloud architecture expertise (AWS preferred, Azure beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
- Experience designing scalable solutions across multiple domains.
- Software design background (Java, .NET, or Flutter).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
