Overview

Private Dining (Banqueting) Waiter – The Merrion Hotel, Dublin. We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World, delivering Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare mise-en-place in accordance with levels set and to the standards set.
  • Meet and greet all guests in a professional manner.
  • Deliver and serve drinks and food according to the Merrion standards.
  • Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with grooming standards.
  • Ensure all glassware and crockery are polished and ready for mise-en-place.
Qualifications and qualities
  • A service-driven individual who can communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Professional demeanor with enthusiasm that instils confidence in the services offered.
  • Shift work and flexibility are required for this position.
