To play a leading role in a dynamic Engineering team delivering daily support to the Operations team and wider business group. Work with a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities
  • Play a leading role in a dynamic Engineering team delivering daily support to the Operations team and wider business group
  • Work with a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Identify areas of the WMS that need to be documented in SOPs or WIs going forward
  • Work on a high-profile project, creating all necessary documents to record processes and SOPs for future training of users
  • Assess and review current SOPs and WIs and identify documents that need to be edited, updated or created for Project Dawn
Key Outcomes
  • Develop expertise in fundamental processes within the integrated warehouse management system
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to update or create SOPs and WIs in line with the development of Project Dawn
  • Develop expertise in the QMS used for all SOPs and WIs
Key Skills & Experiences
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors is an advantage
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification is an advantage
  • Results-oriented – able to bring projects to completion
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to see problems as a challenge
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to get involved in all areas of Engineering, Facilities & Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish goals
