The Role
- Review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Develop revenue budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
- Conduct commercial analysis to identify KPIs.
- Ensure the integrity of finance and operational data structures, focusing on inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Support audit processes and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
- Analyse costs and revenues across various business areas.
- Collaborate with management to address variances and recommend solutions.
- Identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Monitor key metrics and create real-time performance reports.
- Prepare and refine annual budgets and forecasts.
- Deliver accurate, reconciled monthly management accounts.
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools; familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Effective communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset.
