You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday. This is your opportunity to move with the pace of innovation of a startup, while backed by the support and reach of Workday's customer base of 70M+ users.

You will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be critical in delivering best-in-class AI at scale to transform how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and handling their contracts. You will advance initiatives and deliver outstanding value to business professionals worldwide.

• Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers
• Establish strong relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap
• Partner with the Evisort data science team as they develop new AI models, using domain knowledge to influence product decisions
• Collaborate with domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on customer needs
• Ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies
• Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback
• Articulate monetization strategies to increase revenue and drive execution within the Contract Intelligence portfolio
• Nurture a positive, values-based team culture and guide product decisions with legal and business domain understanding
• Stay informed about advancements in generative AI and the broader legal tech landscape
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the targeted industry

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on building and launching generative AI products, including proficiency with LLMs and other generative models

Other Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in generative AI with a track record of defining product strategies for AI-powered solutions
• Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products and understanding their business impact
• Experience as a former startup founder is a plus
• Domain knowledge in law, contract management, management consulting, or a degree in law is a bonus
• Knowledge of legal contracts, clause types, and contract data points; ability to learn quickly
• Ability to engage on technical decisions; technical background is a plus
• Familiarity with LLMs, ML frameworks, and tools relevant to legal applications
• Excellent clear and logical communication of technical requirements
• Successful cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with various partners
• Experience in client-facing roles bridging internal and external requirements
• Logical problem solver capable of breaking down complex use cases into actionable implementations
• Comfort navigating ambiguity to deliver incremental value

With Flex Work, we combine in-person time and remote work. Spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, depending on role. Remote employees may come together in offices for important moments.
