This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their career in finance. With internal pathways for progression this opportunity would link in well with your professional accountant qualification pathways (ACCA or other)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide ongoing support to the Head of Finance and Financial Controller, developing a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team, particularly during high-volume periods, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Review expense-related transactions and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Accurately process transactions in the financial system, manage supplier queries, and prepare payment files for bank uploads.
  • Support the purchase order lifecycle, including creation, tracking, artist payment processing, and ensuring compliance with SoX requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual audit, with a focus on data collection and information preparation.
  • Participate in internal finance and cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to established financial controls and procedures.
