The Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities for qualified tax professionals to join our team in a hybrid, work-from-home environment. Our Tax team provides a full spectrum of services led by experts. You will have the chance to work across different industries and develop a core tax specialization.

The successful candidate will join our Corporate tax team, working with FDI businesses, mainly in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. The role involves a balance of compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of clients, with collaboration across RSM teams internationally. We are committed to developing future tax leaders and will support your growth in a professional, innovative, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
  • Collaborating with Partners and senior management on tax consultancy projects.
  • Working with international colleagues on cross-border projects.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff, including delivering in-house tax training.
  • Managing client work commercially.
  • Participating in business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
  • ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge of domestic and international corporate tax matters.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
