Stockroom Associate

Stockroom Associate (38 hours) – Kildare Village, New Balance. Join our team to engage, educate and entertain customers, with a focus on stockroom operations and delivering excellent product knowledge and service.

• Provides superior product knowledge and service techniques to meet the stock needs of the customer.
• Develop product knowledge of store merchandise to educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Correctly measuring and fitting customers to appropriate NB products, communicating current store promotions and price, and reviewing features and benefits.
• Keep floor area neat and organized, including stock and inventory functions (labelling, price marking) and merchandising as needed; organize and fill sales floor to maximize selling.
• Complete stock transfers, RTVs and cycle counts.
• Protect company assets by greeting customers; attach/detach security tags (if provided); report shrinkage and security violations; monitor on-floor merchandise.
