Job Description:

The Role

My client, a global healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join their team based in North Dublin. This is a full-time, office-based, 23-month contract.

As the Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for managing non-conforming materials through the Material Review Board (MRB), processing quality notifications in SAP, coordinating material returns to suppliers, handling scrap disposition, and supporting compliance reporting.

Tasks & Duties

  • Manage the processing of potentially non-conforming materials identified through Incoming Inspection and production lines via the Material Review Board (MRB). Maintain and update Quality Notifications in SAP to document materials and support engineering and other departments in their disposition.
  • Oversee the handling of materials designated for Rework, Return to Vendor (RTV), Use as Is (UAI), Defect Not Confirmed (DNC), and Scrap as part of the non-conforming material review process.
  • Generate and manage Return Material Authorisations (RMA) for rejected parts being sent back to suppliers. Ensure all necessary approvals and clearances are obtained, and foster supplier relationships to streamline the return process.
  • Coordinate the scrap material process, including running weekly Scrap QN reports in SAP, completing Scrap Forms, and uploading data into the SharePoint inventory adjustment system as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve invoice discrepancies and financial reconciliation issues related to material returns.
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining material compliance data, including EU RoHS compliance, and generate compliance reports within SAP to support sustainability initiatives.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience working within a Quality Team.
  • Third level qualification (QQI Level 6 or higher) in Business, Administration or Quality Management - essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality administration duties.
  • Experience working on busy teams and working on projects.
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, and MS Office.
