Role OverviewFlutter International is seeking an experienced Operations Programme Manager to join its Portfolio Delivery & Change team. Reporting directly to the Senior Programme Manager, the successful candidate will manage multiple programmes across various portfolios, strategically planning and executing projects while collaborating closely with stakeholders, executives, and project teams to achieve key business objectives.
What You'll Do:- Lead and manage one or more programmes within one or more portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the P3O Support Officer, stakeholders, executives, and team members to drive programme success.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize resource allocation and maximize benefits embedment and return on investment.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor programme performance to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, executives, and stakeholders on programme status and progress.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Lead programme reviews and make data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the Portfolio Delivery & Change team.
- Oversee change management initiatives as part of the programme to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of changes.
- Significant experience in managing complex programmes within a portfolio, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and programmes.
- Proven ability to identify programme values, target operating model, identify programme benefits, and manage them until the end of embedment.
- Strong background in collaborating with various stakeholders, including executives and team members.
- Adept at providing detailed reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience in facilitating effective communication and coordination among project teams.
- A solid track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
- Familiarity with overseeing change management initiatives as part of the programmes.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, programmes and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage ambiguity effectively.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in programme management methodologies and best practices.

- Strong understanding of strategic planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices to oversee successful transitions.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Technical expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize resource allocation and maximize benefits embedment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and innovations to continuously improve programme management practices.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on programme status and performance.
- Professional certifications such as PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Project Management) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful programme management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in programme and project management.
