Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager based in Kilkenny with sites throughout Leinster. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the site, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and coordinating with project teams. This role will suit a person who has a good eye for detail and is hands on.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Construction Management and Site Supervision skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
