General Manager – Dublin

€70k–€80k base plus €5k–€15k bonus

You run the show now. But not the one you want.

Maybe you are still doing too much of the doing. Chasing couriers. Fixing broken processes. Filling in when someone is off.

They get it. This job is still hands-on. But you will also have the space to actually manage.

They have grown from one person to thirty-six across England and Ireland. Fourteen of them are in Dublin. Repairs. Logistics. Testing. E-commerce support. Trade-ins.

  • They need someone who can lead that team.
  • Fix problems before they become problems.
  • Get the right people in.
  • Manage the performance.
  • Keep the place safe.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement.

You will work with their MD and the UK HQ team. You will have influence. And if you deliver, there is a clear route to a Director seat.

You will need:

  • 5+ years running operations or a site of 15+ people
  • People management skills that actually work
  • A high attention to detail
  • Commercial sense
  • A head for process and detail
  • The ability to lead without hiding in an office

You will get:
