Overview

Legal Counsel – Corporate/Commercial - Dublin, Ireland

We are working closely with a leading business in Ireland that is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its high-performing team in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to work within a well-regarded company in a varied role, supporting strategic and operational areas of the business.

You will advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements. You will also provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years' PQE with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law.
  • Qualified in Ireland with top tier or international law firm experience.
  • A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgment.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
