About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Dynamics Developer to join our client's team on an initial 6-month daily rate contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the pensions sector, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM solutions. Based in Dublin City Centre, the position follows a hybrid model, requiring two days per week onsite.

As a CRM Dynamics Developer, you will play a critical role in the development, configuration, and deployment of CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, configure, validate, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  2. Participate in the implementation of Dynamics CRM systems, including development, support, testing, and end-user training.
  3. Work on Dynamics 365 features, including PSA, Field Service, and Outlook integrations.
  4. Contribute to web application development using the .NET and Azure technology stack.
  5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions to business needs.
  7. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles.

Essential Skills:

  1. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including development and configuration.
  2. Experience in Dynamics CRM implementation, support, and end-user training.
  3. Experience in the financial sector, pensions ideally.
  4. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, and Outlook integrations.
  5. Knowledge of web application development using .NET and Azure technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with LetterGen, Kofax 360, or similar technologies.
  2. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, non-technical terms.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

General Experience & Skills:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT application development experience.
  2. Proven ability to design solutions for complex business requirements.
  3. Experience working within Agile values and Scrum methodologies, including ownership of tasks and collaboration with team members.
  4. Competence in database structures and concepts.
  5. Multi-skilled, capable of contributing across multiple phases of the SDLC.
