Overview

We're seeking a Lead/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. This is a leadership role guiding the design, implementation, and handover of significant electrical engineering projects.

You'll manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to final handover. Responsibilities include reviewing and directing 2D and 3D design drawings, performing electrical calculations, and preparing documentation for systems such as fire alarms, security, and IT. You will coordinate with the design team and on-site crews to ensure seamless information flow, manage sub-contract and tender packages, and mentor junior team members to uphold quality and compliance.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home regularly while being part of a dynamic in-office team. Part-time arrangements will also be considered.

What you\'ll bring
  • A Bachelor\'s or Higher Certificate in Electrical Services Engineering, or a background as a qualified electrician with extensive experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring regulations and building services best practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM processes, including Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex workloads and prioritize effectively.
