Role Description

We are looking for a thoughtful, talented Senior Manager to drive UKI program growth as part of Sales Programs. You will enable AEs to generate pipe and drive Seller Success, designing prescriptive programs and operationalising them with sales teams to produce results. You will partner with a Sales Leader and collaborate with UKI stakeholders to meet pipeline and ACV needs, track results, and adapt programs as needed. The ideal candidate has sales experience or has worked with sales to understand a salesperson's needs, with strong analytical abilities, collaboration skills, and the ability to act as a trusted adviser to Sales leaders. You will work with teams such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product Marketing, and the broader Productivity team to deliver programs that meet sales needs.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to understand pipe generation needs and act as a trusted adviser
  • Collaborate with UKI and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales programs
  • Design prescriptive programs and operationalize them to drive measurable results
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities to increase productivity and success
  • Influence and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with senior sales leaders and executive audiences
  • Share learnings and adapt programs based on results
Minimum Requirements
  • 10 years deep understanding of Sales (front line, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations)
  • Proven ability to influence, cross-functionally collaborate, and build stakeholder relationships
  • Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns or programs and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data and interviews with sales teams
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior sales leaders
