Job Description:

Beacon Hospitals' Graduate Nurse Programme allows nurses to rotate through four clinical areas and includes a range of ward and specialised areas available to broaden your experience and clinical skill development with departmental targeted scheduled study days.

Beacon Hospitals' experienced Nursing team offers clinical expertise and support to the new graduate nurse. You will be mentored and guided in your work to ensure you gain the required competencies in various clinical areas, including Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, and other specialties.

Application Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in General Nursing
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
  • 2 Clinical References
  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Placements include Medical, Surgical, Cardiology, Oncology; PACU
  • Initial supernumerary period in assigned clinical area
  • The rotation programme will give the graduate nurse the opportunity to experience different specialties, facilitating career pathway development
