Overview

Social Care Support Worker – Wicklow at Attuned Programmes Ireland. Wicklow, Ireland. Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Support Workers to join our teams.

We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time positions for our Adult Community Based Mental Health residential service in Wicklow. Our aim is to deliver personalised care tailored to the individual\'s needs, nurturing their independence and community integration, in their journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while supporting them to develop and reach their goals.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Health Care and/or Social Care or relevant equivalency.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Residential Centres.
  • Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
  • This post is subject to Garda clearance.
  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Candidates must have a deep commitment to individuals\' rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
