Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of residential plumbing systems and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Residential Service Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing installations and maintenance, and providing expert advice to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.
  • Perform plumbing installations, such as water heaters, faucets, toilets, and pipes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Provide accurate estimates for plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a residential plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and components.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical conduct.
