Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Graduate Software Engineer to join our team to support the operations of multiple secure facilities and administrative business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive ICT support across a large, dynamic estate, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and acting as a liaison between ICT services and frontline users.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Graduate Software Engineer would be:

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop new products and services for a SaaS product platform.
  • Use industry-standard technologies including AWS, .NET, React, and TypeScript to deliver client solutions.
  • Participate in building, deploying, and running software in production environments.
  • Follow software engineering best practices such as:
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Automated testing
  • Observability and monitoring
  • Work with modern architectural patterns like:
  • Domain Driven Design (DDD)
  • Event Sourcing
  • Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)
  • Help maintain a SaaS platform

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Passion for producing world-class software and leading by example.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with short deadlines.
  • Strong customer-first mindset when approaching problem solving and software development.
  • Enthusiasm for solving business problems using technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
