We are a team of Manufacturing Engineers that support the go live activities associated with new product introduction. Our goal is to ensure a robust manufacturing process that consistently meets ergonomics, yield and throughput requirements, and that all work meets regulatory requirements. We collaborate with an extended team to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Works on documentation set up for commercial builds (GTINs, BOMs, OPs, DHR).
- Supports and coordinates production cell setup to MPS requirements.
- Provides inputs on SAP ME introduction.
- Ensures the process is implemented with optimum First Time Quality (FTQ).
- Implements relevant poke-yoke and mix-up mitigations.
- Collaborates on Equipment Binders (EBs), EDST, IQ protocols and PMs.
- Supports calibration activities.
- Monitors yields, critical defects, LBM & cycle time.
- Works in partnership with extended Operations & Project Team (R&D, PD, Quality & RA).
- Aids with equipment installation.
- Manages Operations ME activity to ensure project timelines are met.
- Supports Engineering builds.
- Minimum level 7 Ordinary Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering operations support.
- Agile MAP experience.
- Experience in setting up GTINs & MATNRs.
- Good understanding of MPS cell operations and systems.
- Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
- Experience with SAP ME is desirable.
