- Collaborate with the global payroll team to ensure accuracy in employee files and payroll data.
- Support in documentation and notification to the global payroll team of new hires, offboarding employees, and providing semi-monthly data to payroll.
- Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation (with expertise in Irish and broader EU labor laws).
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR-compliant data management.
- Own and manage benefits administration, including pensions, healthcare, and leave management.
- Support performance management and development processes.
- Contribute to HR projects such as wellbeing, engagement, and DEI initiatives.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for internal stakeholders.
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, working familiarity with employment practices across EMEA, and HR best practices.
