Our client, One of Ireland's leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced M&E Co-ordinator to join their team in West Dublin. In this role, you will support the management of the Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on high-density residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor the quality of M&E system installations on residential projects, from initial planning to final commissioning and handover.
  • Assist site construction management teams by leading M&E system coordination and providing support for on-site problem-solving as needed.
  • Collaborate with project design teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors on-site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
  • 4+ years post qualification experience in a similar role.
