Baxter & Greene is a contemporary and stylish Market Deli where carefully selected products are freshly prepared and cooked daily by our skilled chefs and delicatessen staff. We aim to produce and present wholesome food of an exceptionally high standard through innovative and creative ideas.

We are currently seeking vibrant, passionate individuals to join our Baxter & Greene team as deli assistants. Our deli assistants possess excellent product knowledge, deliver outstanding customer service, and are passionate about fresh food and retail.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in a customer-facing environment, be motivated, possess excellent customer care skills, and be confident communicators with a passion for helping people. Experience in food preparation is not essential, but the ability to cook from scratch and an interest in current food trends are advantageous. As a deli assistant, you should be eager to learn, develop your skills, contribute positively to our team, and promote our unique brand.
