Business Development Manager

Our client a leading Financial Services Brokerage is hiring driven Sales Representatives to join their team in Portlaoise.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new and existing clients of the business.
  • Build rapport quickly and pitch relevant products clearly and confidently.
  • Work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Record customer details accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with management to continuously improve performance.

Attributes

  • Significant sales experience is essential for this role (8+ years)
  • Experience in call centre sales an advantage but not essential
  • Strong sales mentality needed to achieve targets
  • Self-starter mindset a must
  • Willing to work towards obtaining a Qualified Financial Advisor qualification
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to hit and exceed targets
  • Resilience, energy, and a positive attitude
  • Have a strong, confident phone voice while speaking to customers
  • Be very competitive and motivated by internal career advancement opportunities.
  • Computer literacy essential.
