This position in Sales Operations provides an opportunity to gain insight into how a fast-growing market leader manages its sales and supporting functions. The role encourages cross-functional collaboration and offers a platform to challenge, develop, streamline, and enhance sales and business processes. The right candidate will contribute positively and influence our pursuit of excellence within a team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales forecasting process and provide ongoing operational guidance and support to sales teams.
  2. Analyze existing sales processes and data to drive streamlined, value-added, automated processes supporting faster sales velocity and removing blockers.
  3. Collaborate with supporting functions and sales management to maximize system compliance and process efficiency.
  4. Develop and communicate key performance indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and trends to assess business performance against targets, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, contract management, sales enablement, finance, and IT.
  5. Create forecasting data models, identify trends, and enhance forecast accuracy in CRM relative to company KPIs.
  6. Assist in coordinating the annual budget process and regional forecasting reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  7. Work closely with sales and marketing to improve CRM data quality and focus on continuous improvement areas.
  8. Support sales compensation and quota management.
  9. Drive process optimization for integrating acquisitions into standard procedures.
  10. Approve sales contract proposals and regional customer pricing.
  11. Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

  • High proficiency in numeracy
  • Problem-solving attitude with a 'can do' approach
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work with complex data sets and create impactful reports for data-driven decision making
  • Detail-oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Team player
  • Background in finance, statistics, or sales support

Desirable:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, e.g., MS Power BI
