Overview

Senior (Tech) Sales Executive - IT Solutions & Managed Services — Location: Dublin. A leading IT Solutions and Managed Services provider is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales (Tech) Executive to join their team. With over two decades of industry expertise, this organisation has built a reputation for innovation and excellence, delivering cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure management. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. This position offers the chance to influence strategic accounts, work with emerging technologies, and contribute to the ongoing success of a respected technology leader.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across large and strategic accounts
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to underpin business development
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (management, marketing, consultants, product) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT sales, including 3+ years in managed services sales
  • Proven track record in new business development and key account management
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions: cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
