KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Leading by example by delivering our customer engagement approach, you will create strong connections with your customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas, thus securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but also you as an Artist. Your coaching skills will be a real asset as you support management in developing the team, whilst your drive will ensure that the team delivers on sales targets.

We'll provide you with the tools and training you need to excel in coaching, artistry, and customer service, enabling you to support team leadership and take accountability when the manager is absent. In return, we expect you to meet your goals while supporting and motivating the team. As a NARS Artist and Supervisor, you have the power to positively impact how clients feel about themselves through your actions, communication, and connections. This is your daily commitment to your clients and yourself.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing others
  • Beauty retail management experience
  • Strong artistry skills, ideally with a qualification
  • Effective team communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
