Job Description:About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full management of the pre-sales team
- Supervise and guide technical team members in various career paths, including project management, hybrid, presales, and solutions engineering
- Collaborate with global Laserfiche team leads such as Presales, PMO, and Direct Engineering Services, reporting to the EMEA Regional Director. Focus on resource allocation, staffing, and team engagement in high-priority tasks.
Project Oversight and Escalation Handling
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of Laserfiche Direct implementation projects with high quality standards
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Review/create Statements of Work (SOW) and assess technical deliverables
- Build strong relationships with customers, especially project managers and senior management
- Develop strategies for challenging customer-facing situations
EMEA Pre-Sales Engineering Team Management
- Lead requirements gathering and review solution designs and effort estimates
- Design and deploy solutions for medium to large projects, including custom functionalities
- Mentor team members from 1st to 3rd level, fostering professional growth
- Conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring processes
- Handle technical escalations for channel and direct customers
Sales and Pre-Sales Support
- Gather requirements for demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Create functional demos and POCs to showcase Laserfiche capabilities
- Write and cost Statements of Work (SOW)
- Address pre-sales technical inquiries and respond to RFPs
- Transfer knowledge of sales opportunities to project teams
- Research emerging technologies relevant to Laserfiche
About You - Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software or professional services company
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams indirectly for at least 5 years
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Languages: Proficiency in English and German (C2 level)
