Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join Connolly Motor Group, within the Sales team in Audi Ballina.

The role:
The successful candidate will work as part of the sales team to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to customers. This involves meeting sales and profit targets through the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, aligning with manufacturer standards. The goal is to sell an agreed volume of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect for new customers using appropriate databases and follow up on sales opportunities through company website leads, calls, and emails.
  • Follow the sales process to maximize results from sales opportunities.
  • Achieve individual profit objectives set by the General Manager.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on available products for their new or used vehicle purchase.
  • Participate in promotional activities to raise brand profile and generate sales.
  • Qualify customer needs and present dealership products and services.
  • Assist customers in choosing funding options like PCP, Hire Purchase, or other arrangements, in accordance with FCA regulations.
  • Conduct professional vehicle handovers following checklists and customer packs.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding vehicles, prices, promotions, funding, and taxation.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints, resolving them satisfactorily.
  • Ensure all deal and insurance documentation is completed and submitted timely.
  • Update customer contact data daily in Kerridge CRM system.
  • Complete all administrative tasks required for the role.
The person:
Skills and Competencies:
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Experience with Kerridge CRM system is desirable but not essential.
  • Effective prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Ability to present and sell product features convincingly.
  • Capacity to manage and close deals while cultivating new opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve queries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a professional image through attitude, behavior, and appearance.
  • Full clean driver's license is essential.
