Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate stylist to join our team at Cyril Morgan Hair. This role is perfect for a stylist who is confident in delivering exceptional results, values ongoing education, and enjoys working in a collaborative, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consistently high standard of cutting, colouring, and finishing services
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare
  • Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team
  • Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Participate in in-salon training and external workshops as part of our commitment to continuous learning
  • Represent the salon through potential involvement in photoshoots, creative projects, and backstage opportunities
  • Contribute to maintaining the salon's clean, professional, and welcoming environment

Key Skills & Qualities:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a stylist in a salon setting
  • Excellent technical skills in both cutting and colour (Both not needed, but would be a bonus)
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • A genuine passion for hair, creativity, and customer care
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in approach
