Attuned Programmes Ireland is an organization responding to meet the needs of individuals through community, residential and aftercare supports and services. Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Workers to join our teams.
We are currently recruiting for Full-time, Part-time positions for our Adult Community Based Mental Health Residential service in North-Dublin. Our aim is to Individuals, delivering personalised care tailored to the individual's needs, nurturing their independence and community integration, in their journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life.
General Job Description:
The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will already possess high levels of competence and will be able to demonstrate this through their qualification and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards and ultimately an understanding of the varied needs of each individual. The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop the capacity and opportunity to grow.
Requirements:
- Candidates for the Social Care Worker Must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 7 qualification in Health Care and or Social care or relevant equivalency.
- Knowledge of best practice in Residential Centres.
- Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
- This post is subject to Garda clearance.
- A full driving licence is mandatory
- Candidates must also have a deep commitment to each individual's rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
