About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager with deep expertise in biologics, clinical development supply chain, and cold chain logistics to join our growing global operations team based in Cork, Ireland.

In this high-impact role, you will lead global clinical supply projects across all phases of development, ensuring seamless coordination of investigational products through complex international distribution channels. You'll work cross-functionally with clinical, manufacturing, regulatory, and logistics teams to deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end clinical supply chain projects for biologics from planning through global distribution.
  • Oversee cold chain logistics to ensure temperature-controlled shipping meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support clinical trials across multiple geographies.
  • Develop and maintain supply plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for investigational products.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and ICH-GCP standards.
  • Monitor and report project performance, budgets, and KPIs to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical supply chain in the biologics/pharma/biotech sector.
  • Strong background in cold chain logistics and global distribution for clinical trial materials.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EU and global clinical regulations and supply chain best practices.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cork, Ireland.
