We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Lead to join our team, managing research programs and key client relationships, in pursuit of our vision of delivering the human-led AI platform for market research.

What You'll Work On:Key Account Management: Managing large clients on a daily basis, serving their project needs as part of an annual research program. Monitoring client health metrics and running regular meetings with all clients. Retention and growth of clients, as part of a wider team.
Product Proficiency: Daily use of Bounce platform, including proprietary AI technologies, to build and execute client projects. Working with in-house development team to test new features, offer proactive feedback and represent client needs in product roadmapping.
Research Design: Taking business questions or research objectives from brands and converting into viable research projects to go live on the Bounce platform. Deep understanding and experience with survey design, scripting, audience selection, quota control, data delivery and result analysis.
Teamwork: Support the Research function in delivery of the strategic, operational and functional objectives. Working within a multi-functional team to serve the broad needs of our business across product, operations, billing, marketing.
What You'll Bring:A Significant Market Research Skillset: Proven capability and love for research, the industry and desire to shape the future of market research. A minimum of 8 years' market research experience (either in a research agency or delivering research programs within a brand) is a requirement for this position. Candidates who have not met this requirement will not be considered for this role.

Client Servicing with delight: Managing customer relationships on a day-to-day basis. Serving their needs with measurable satisfaction. An ability to stay ahead of clients requests and pre-empt needs based on a partnership approach.
Project Management & Attention to detail: Comfort in coordinating complex and varied requests and maintaining excellent attention to detail at high volume, executed with precision and speed. Comfort with a high degree of autonomy. An ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, cross-functionally with Sales, product and RevOps teams where required.
Project leadership: Provide effective guidance and overall planning of studies, including questionnaire/ Design, scoping and defining deliverables, business case development and the ability to communicate effectively and to have a persuasive and credible presentation style.

Dublin Head Office. With some infrequent travel to our London & New York offices.
